The SPARK Diet is a Method. We go in specific order and add one new “habit” / lifestyle change each week for 4 weeks. There is a positive outcome that each week’s habit creates that will set up the next week’s new habit making the program easier while gaining significant results.
Week 0:
1. Agree to give up alcohol for 30 days
2. Get your mind ready for your 30 day journey (I’ll be giving you prep work — mostly mindset)
3. Be willing to devote 30 mins each morning to YOU
4. Complete The 360 Wellness SPARK Questionnaire
Week 1: Hydration (at the cellular level) - this is NOT about chugging 64 ounces of water a day
Being dehydrated causes (just to name a few) fatigue, especially afternoon slumps, cravings, weight gain, joint pain, and is actually the underlying issue of many chronic disease.

Week 2: Fix Your Sleep
It’s extremely more difficult to lose weight with disrupted sleep and cortisol patterns. And even 1 hour of lost sleep dramatically impacts mood and drive/motivation.
I will bring forward the research of Matt Walker, PH.D, scientist and professor of neuroscience and psychology for the SLEEP module/teaching.
I fixed a 10 year streak of waking up every night between 2:30 - 3 am and not falling back to sleep until 6am when it was time to get up. This alone was life-changing. I never thought I’d feel so excited to go to bed and wake up!
*When I went through this program (and you can read my reason why below) I lost 16 pounds just from 1) no alcohol 2) fixed sleep and 3) hydrating in a new, cutting edge way (this research is just now coming to the forefront).
Week 3: Nutrient Infusion
This is the week where it all starts coming together. For 7 days (hopefully longer!) you will be removing all processed foods from your diet. You’ll learn why carbs are your friends. Why counting calories isn’t necessary and what 3 things ARE important. We’ll being doing a smoothie smackdown this week and infusing your diet with nutrients and energy giving foods.
Week 4: MOVEMENT
We’ll bust the myth that more is better. 10-30 mins a day for 5 days is all you need to get fit, strong, lean and HAPPY. Strength training is KEY for weight loss, and is the single most important workout for women over 40. And studies have shown that 20-30 minutes a day of an elevated heart (cardio) is more impactful to raising mood than Zoloft (anti-depressant). It doesn’t take much time to experience life-emPOWERING results.
I will support you in finding the perfect short + powerful workout for you to do at home. No gym needed.

The first week (Week 0), you will fill out an in depth questionnaire and get "set up" for your new life!
Weeks 1-4, you will learn/add a new habit each week and we will subtract one drain in your life.
By the end of this program, the goal is for you to have loads more ENERGY, be LIGHTER (physically, mentally, emotionally), and feel a greater desire to LIVE LIFE. To get your SPARK back! And to know you have the tools to continue forward, feeling even better and better.
Although that is the outline of the program, this is a customized program based on your individual circumstances. All information you share is completely confidential and this is a JUDGMENT- FREE space.

Each week I will send you a short 5-15 minute video for you to digest at your own pace. These videos will pertain KNOWLEDGE on the habit of the week. You need to KNOW why what you are doing is critical, so you will DO IT. The information shared will be a combination of the latest research + inspiration.
But knowledge isn't enough, the real power is the individual support you will receive from me. I'm available to you Monday through Friday. We’ll communicate via a coaching app (which is both text and voice messaging). Kind of like a "coach in your pocket" to support you when you need it most!
This is a desired way for many people to get help and guidance more frequently and without having to be tied to a set weekly call.
