I’m Hollie Flynn, a Certified Holistic Wellness & Vitality Coach, and creator of The SPARK Diet. I work with health conscious, planet conscious, purpose-driven individuals who have a heart calling for a better life and a better world. :: I graduated from college in 1994 with a degree in Psychology. I’ve always had a deep drive and call to understand, help, and support others to transform their lives from pain, confusion, and discontent into a life of vitality, deep joy, and purpose. This stemmed from my own depression and inability to find my place in the world as a young person.

:: In 1998, at 26 years old, I opened the first of 3 fitness and weight loss centers I would own/operate for 14 years. THIS was life-changing. I was able to bring fitness, nutrition, and well-being to 1000s of women. This stemmed from my own battle with being 40 pounds overweight and using exercise and nutrition to course correct my weight, my energy, my confidence, my life.

:: For 25+ years, I’ve been in deep research, study and practice of positive psychology, high performance, conscious entrepreneurship, life purpose and deep nutrition.

:: I’m a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach and Vegan Nutrition Mastery Certified. I’m a Nutritarian. This means my food philosophy is based on deep nutrition and vital nutrients to activate weight loss, increase energy, healing, clarity of mind, and spontaneous happiness!

:: For over 15 years, I’ve worked as a Business Consultant to other Fitness/Studio owners and healers/health professionals. Business set-up + strategy comes easy to me, but more importantly I easily see other people’s true gifts. And the world needs more conscious entrepreneurs, healers & coaches who are thriving & serving the world with what only they can do!

:: I’m the author of No BS When Life’s a Mess: How to Go from Surviving to Thriving, a book that helps females take 100% responsibility for their lives and to move from powerless victim to powerful creator. I wrote it for 20-somethings, but it’s really for ALL-somethings. The bottom line - most of us weren’t taught the mindset and practical life skills to THRIVE!

:: In 2018, I’ve deeply studied the work and been mentored by:
Dr. Zach Bush, MD through his 8 week Intrinsic Health Program, Biology Basecamp.

:: I’m obsessed with discovering, consuming, and creating the most nutritious and delicious foods on the planet.

:: I’m passionate about old forests, swimming in living water, mountain biking, trail running, growing my own food and protecting Mother Earth.
